It's a truly itinerant cuisine, inviting travel and revealing well-executed personal ideas. Noémie Cadré dusts off the bistro style with her warm, wood-fired cuisine, including street-food at lunchtime, guilty pleasures like grilled-cheese BBQ or chicken BBQ bao, and expands in the evening with a beautiful carte blanche menu at €46. The chef plays with cultures with a great deal of desire and curiosity, and accompanies everything with a short, well-chosen natural wine cellar. Friendly welcome.
