Chef Angel Morales, a native of the region, chose to set up in the center of Périgueux near the town hall, in reference to his grandfather who gave his name to the restaurant. The emphasis is on traditional Laleu duck, not forgetting other local products cooked with a touch of originality in taste and presentation. Enjoy duck hearts with shallots, quail pithiviers with mushrooms, farmhouse guinea fowl pressé with foie gras finance sauce or sweetbreads browned in butter with Monbazillac sauce, not forgetting hazelnut and mandarin tart, grapefruit caviar, and the final touch of black truffle and vanilla with caramel soufflé. A varied cellar representing the region well.
