Gourmet Restaurant There's no need to go into too much detail about the concept, which is fully indicated in the name, and is extremely effective. Housed in a former 19th-century chocolate factory of undeniable charm, in one of Paris's most beautiful covered passageways, the restaurant is a good haunt for strolling tourists and local regulars alike. The à la carte menu includes duck foie gras, terrine and piquillos, duck demi-magret, confit leg, parmentier... A well-stocked cellar (JM Sélèque, Paillard, Soutiran, Krug, Jacquesson etc.).
