Gault&Millau's review 2026

This former chocolate shop, with the historic charm of the passageway’s architecture, naturally catches the eye of tourists. The theme featured on the sign is delightful, with all things duck: foie gras, terrine, duck breast with carrot purée, confit, parmentier… Pairing it with champagne is a bit of a stretch, but you can rummage through the cellar a bit to find the perfect match for your duck-loving palate and go with the current selection of champagnes by the glass.
