Gourmet Restaurant In this pleasant neighborhood at the foot of the Croix Rousse, Andrès and Véronica open a window on Venezuela, offering a cuisine inspired by their country, with Brazilian and Peruvian influences, in a bright and welcoming setting of wood and stone, with photos of the region: patacon forestier, a plantain patty, shredded pork marinated in rum, cep mayonnaise and guacamole, sea bream ceviche and tiger leche, octopus Canaïma, confit in olive oil with bell pepper and squash sauce and garlic mayonnaise, verbena emulsion cheesecake.
