The new Caïus takes a few codes from the old, in a traditional style that naturally suits the place and the neighborhood: smoked mackerel, asparagus with almond and watercress sauce, bouchée à la reine, veal milanaise. We don't over-complicate things, just keep the plates moving at the right pace, and the sole meunière and prime rib are meant to be shared. We finish with an honorable tropézienne. Menu €58.
