This is the most beautiful location in the Passage des Panoramas, previously the home of the engraver Stern and the gallery's oldest business, dating back to 1834. Renovated in collaboration with Philippe Starck, the premises have taken on a Venetian air, while respecting the historic spirit, with antique woodwork and 16th-century stained glass windows, small salons and columns, and a Murano chandelier. This unique setting is matched by the fine Italian cuisine of Alessandro Fornaro, traditional and delicate, driven by the product. Highlights include asparagus risotto with licorice powder and tandoori, lasagnetta with roasted wheat flour all'amatriciana, veal liver Venetian style with crispy polenta, breaded turbot with cornmeal, sautéed chicory, bottarga, pistachio cream and artichoke, hazelnut and coffee tiramisù.
