Gourmet Restaurant A serious, friendly Italian restaurant in the heart of the Faubourg Saint-Antoine, offering semi-gastronomic cuisine by Fabrizio Ferrara. In a wood-panelled setting reminiscent of the country's old-fashioned bistros, the chef conjures up local produce and a certain creativity, revisiting classics such as a starter of fennel soup, mussels marinière and Calabrian nduja, zucchini risotto, Sicilian bottarga and basil, ravioli stuffed with wild garlic, potatoes and ricotta, fresh broad beans, butter sauce and summer truffle, ricotta tartlet, poached pear with spices and cocoa sauce.
