Gault&Millau's review 2026

A quiet street parallel to the Faubourg, an authentic, well-kept Italian restaurant that stays out of fashion without betraying itself. Real dishes for a ristorante cuisine that knows how to renew itself: fried sardines with rice flour cime di rapa sour cream, calamarata with puntarelle pecorino sausage, roasted monkfish pavé radicchio snacké polenta jus d'arêtes aux olives... The desserts are equally individual, and the wine comes from all the provinces.
