What if this Sardine café was the best deal on the resort right now? Opened recently, it offers transparency and freshness, with daily catch direct from Cassis fishermen. At the price of Mediterranean fish, it's obviously an expense (around €9 per 100g for capon, denti or red mullet), but this atmosphere of simplicity in a simple, cool and direct approach is a good initiative.
