Perfectly situated on the square where the whole town meets, the one that moves and markets, Paulette opens at breakfast for the impatient and the hungry. On a daily basis, it's "ze bar" where you can settle in at any hour, the most popular brunch on weekends, the extended aperitif with a menu of nibbles extended to real Southern dishes, not badly turned, deserving of their toque: calamari with chorizo cream, sea bream ceviche with tiger leche, Polmard onglet with shallot sauce... A good selection of wines from all regions, like Loïc Mahé's savennières.
