At the bottom of a recent building on the quayside, a modern table that's not lacking in a certain ambition, through the titles, the plate decoration and the meticulous dressage. After David Hervé's oysters, a finger of foie gras and mango jelly, a back of cod (a good line fish) green curry with celery and kefir, veal breast confit with ponzu risotto and aged mimolette and poached pear with acacia honey and passion jelly...
