Opposite the station, of course, this bastion of the Troisgros family has earned an increasingly comfortable reputation over the years. One of the city's finest restaurants, it offers professional expertise and fine cuisine with a solid traditional base and beautiful plate manners: cassolette of snails with caper butter, fresh frogs with garlic and ginger, pork chop with peppers, "rediscovered" brioche with pineapple, in a menu combining sincerity and gourmandise. An excellent, thoughtful menu at €49.
