Gault&Millau's review 2026

The bill can climb quite easily, but everything is so good and well done in this epicurean café (and not just a minister's) that you'll easily accept the little extra for extra pleasure. You have to be a little early to find a seat, but the reward comes with the homemade black pudding with old-fashioned mustard, the good farmhouse pig and poultry liver terrine, the generous cassoulet, the stuffed Pontoise cabbage, the calf's head, all of which are a treat, right down to the chocolate tart "according to Alain Chapel". The cellar is large, well-stocked and offers a good range of prices, with impeccable service.
