On the corner of Sedaine and Saint-Sabin, this is a regular, almost obligatory, spot to get a feel for life in the neighborhood. People come at all hours for a draught of one of seven varieties, and return for the extensive menu (salads, apple boudin, Bobosse andouillette...) and the ideas on the slate of the moment, coquelet au jus purée truffée, veal onglet à l'échalote, pêche Melba..
