Original Restaurant The atmosphere of an old brasserie is beautifully recreated on the Bréguet-Sabin side, with this café set up on either side of the street. The established principle of a period bistro can be seen in both the décor (worn Thonet chairs, old photos, mirrors and banquettes) and the slate, where the classics are well represented. Enjoy mayo eggs, Burgundy snails, leek vinaigrette, rigatoni alla norma, salmon tartare, andouillette from Bobosse, vanilla crème brûlée. Very competitive prices.
