A classic Lyon butcher's shop on the Ainay side. The place has a long-standing reputation, and the style and tradition of the genre have been preserved, with a modern twist, while the chef's hat has been preserved. With classics such as salade lyonnaise, hot lentil sausage, pâté en croûte, Mère Abel pike quenelle, chicken with morel mushrooms, tripe or calf's head, but also suggestions of the moment, such as cardoon gratin on the daily slate.
