Gourmet Restaurant In the 19th century, it was a café and grocery store. After several generations of Brochiers, it was finally Valentine and Thomas who took over the hotel and restaurant. They have preserved the character of this beautiful house in the center of the village, with its dining room adorned with century-old frescoes. People come here to recharge their batteries, before or after hiking in the Vercors, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The chef makes the most of local produce with Vercors snails, turnips, citron and parsley cream with garlic confit, or breaded trout, pakshoi cabbage, squash purée, fish sauce and parsley oil. No fuss, no muss, the dishes are simple and authentic, a successful reconversion for these former broadcasters who are blossoming in their return to nature, both in terms of the products and the choice of wines proposed by Valentine.
