Selected La Bretagne en Promenade... Almost an oxymoron, an oddity. And yet, what could be more exotic than a good Breton galette under the Riviera sun? Even better than sushi! And the dough is well made and well garnished, just like the specialties, the Provençal with speck, mozzarella, tomato and bell pepper, or the Savoyard with reblochon comté and organic egg, grilled breast and Isigny cream... A sweet variation on salted butter caramels.
