A classic of Rennes life, this faithful bistro is always well-maintained, with a vintage decor and a rich slate of dishes that keep up with the times: mimosa egg with yuzu and crabmeat, roast cod with semi-salted butter and chorizo risotto, veal filet mignon in a crust of Guéméné andouille sausage and shiitake mushrooms, lentil dahl, pear and caramel pecan tartlet.
