Gourmet Restaurant This is typically the bistro of the faithful, the Café Breton par excellence, one might even say Rennais. On the slate, it's good humor that shines through, with plates that taste as good as they look, without frills, but not without attention to detail: scallop carpaccio, vegetable pastilla with ras el-hanout vinaigrette, sea bass filet plancha risotto with fregola sarda sauce vierge, angus brisket with confit potatoes and mushrooms in bbq sauce... A few suggestions of the moment, good desserts and a well-stocked cellar. Lunchtime menu €20.
