Effiloché of skate on a creamy bell pepper sauce, undercooked butter beans drizzled with a beurre blanc scented with sea urchin coral; then tender poultry served with Paimpol cocos and shiitake mushrooms in a supreme sauce; a pre-dessert on combava lemon and to finish, a dessert of white chocolate cream, almond crumble and rosemary sorbet. Accompanied by tasty jajas (organic and biodynamic) at reasonable prices, in a relaxed atmosphere.
