Gault&Millau's review2026
Hidden from view, at the end of a leafy alley, Caché lives up to its name. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, supported by meticulous decor, elegant Scandinavian furniture and a beautiful glass roof. The place is immediately appealing, as is the menu, resolutely focused on the sea. The product is at the heart of the plate, but the treatment is uneven. A few successes, such as the red mullet fillet soasado with garum or the yuzu cheesecake, demonstrate a fine technical skill and a real quest for flavors, compensating for a few inaccuracies. Service oscillates between friendly casualness and familiarity, with a slight lack of sommellerie despite a sophisticated wine list, a wide range of cocktails and well-chosen spirits.
