A stone's throw from the park of the former town halls, behind a gray facade, lies this Cabane with its large country-style dining room, flower-filled ceiling and old crates on the back wall. In the kitchen, chef Jean-François Bury offers gourmet dishes in a card menu at €49, including green asparagus flanked by mackerel à la flamme, refreshed with a green apple-oseilla sorbet; veal medallion roasted and topped with a morel mushroom sauce; for red meat lovers, a mature Galician sirloin with smoked purée; a fresh finish with pomelo and elderflower pavlova. To accompany the meal, a reasonably priced wine list includes an organic menetou-salon at €7 a glass, and the red Pimpanella, an organic Languedoc at €9 a glass.
