Chef's Restaurant Right next to the Fourvière Basilica, this table offers a bubble of meditation and pleasure combined with a breathtaking view of the city. Launched by Guy Lassausaie and his two dedicated chefs, it has earned nothing but praise since its launch, in the bourgeois chic vein for which the master of Chasselay is renowned. Top-notch service in a tastefully decorated room, seductive dishes with precise sauces and juices: langoustine ravioli in a perfect broth spiced with combawa, perfectly cooked red mullet fillet, lemon as a pretty trompe l'oeil in a €75 menu where everything is just right. The beautifully labeled wine list also offers a decent selection at around €40. Two toques straight away.
