It's one of our favorite spots in Quiberon, a modern bistro that we love to return to every year, for its friendly welcome, beautiful cellar and Vincent's creatively renewed seasonal dishes. It's an independent and always cheerful table, where we come back for these engaging local compositions, white asparagus, Maltese sauce, wild garlic pesto and crumble, a skate wing in Grenoble sauce, mashed potatoes and chard, a duck leg confit, Jerusalem artichoke mousseline and braised red cabbage with grapes and balsamic, roasted hazelnuts, or a rum baba, coconut cream and pineapple-vanilla. Emmanuelle provided excellent direction in the dining room.
