At a strategic traffic circle (beach, center), Brigitte welcomes the crème de la crème of local tourism to her terrace, with tartares, oysters, bowls and burgers, as well as an extensive traditional menu: poêlée de couteaux saté et basilic, os à moelle à la truffe, carpaccio de boeuf thaï ananas et gingembre, tataki de saumon au wok, tom yam de cabillaud, risotto à la fourme et poire rôtie, biryani de volaille aux noix de cajou riz basmati... A successful synthesis.
