The must-try crêperie is also in Bordeaux, with a prime street-corner location in the Chartrons district. The list of galettes is always modern, with quality Breton products and seasonal suggestions, to be enjoyed in the dining room or on the well-exposed terrace. Current favourites include the galette saumon fumé asperges pois gourmands and the crêpe pistache chocolat. Serve with cider, apple juice or a cocktail.
