Gourmet Restaurant It's like entering a museum. Multi-photographed, multi-filmed, it's a place where only repeat customers come to make a pilgrimage to this Belle Epoque setting, one of the most beautiful in France. In terms of content, this is an authentic brasserie, serving the expected dishes: oysters of the highest calibre (Cadoret, Prat ar Coum, Dupuch) and seafood, salmon, foie gras, snails, tartar and "the best in Nantes" pureed sausage. Professional, friendly service, appropriate cellar.
