In the center of town, this hotel brasserie holds its own, with its sober, elegant decor, in a welcoming bistro vein, and an efficient menu, suitable for all occasions. The menu is well-priced, and includes revisited classics: crispy egg, cream of comté cheese and spinach, creamy risotto with pumpkin and parmesan, snacked scallops with Noilly-Prat cream, tournedos of Christian Parra Basque black pudding with apples, fine tartine with Limousin apples.
