Immersed in the village square thanks to the pretty bay-window terrace, and in a well-appointed setting, chef Laëla Mouhamou takes us on a journey through traditional and international inspirations. The creative menu gives pride of place to spicy flavors and aromatic herbs: the dozen escargots en persillade; the mushroom stuffed with haddock spinach ricotta, beet mousse, veal kidneys in red wine, mustard seed purée and fresh parsley; prawn and vegetable ramen with ginger miso broth and fresh coriander, to follow, and the chocolate fondant, hazelnut ice cream or the vanilla and mango cinnamon cream, coconut/passion gel crumble, to finish... Daily specials and desserts are also available. The service is attentive and the cellar well-stocked.
