Gault&Millau's review 2026

We like Laëla Mouhamou's updated Provençal cuisine. With a touch of terroir, the chef always manages to give a refined and cheerful version, for example with artichokes fried in pesto, octopus in persillade and spaghetti with squid ink, lamb mouse confit, vanilla mascarpone with caramel ice cream. The atmosphere is quite chic in this pretty room with bay windows overlooking the square. And the cellar boasts some of the region's finest owners.
