The fifteen or so starters cover a wide repertoire, including snails, charcuterie, salads and carpaccios, before the twenty or so main courses, including lobster, andouillette, tripe and veal kidneys with port wine... You choose the sauce (8 possible) and garnish, before selecting one of the 20 desserts.
