In this little restaurant with a big heart, as they like to call it, Natalya and Édouard welcome you not as customers, but as friends or family, with generosity, smiles and kindness. They have taken up the challenge - and succeeded - of sharing their oriental values of hospitality, culture and human warmth, exclusively in Lyon. In a cosy setting that invites you to take a gustatory journey, you'll discover the cuisine of Central Asia, and in particular Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. On the plate, it's a festival of authentic, fragrant flavors, prepared with respect for tradition. Specialties include plov, Uzbekistan's national dish of long rice, vegetables, onions and cumin topped with beef or lamb; laghmans, Kyrgyz fried noodles; and mantys, a kind of ravioli with lamb, yoghurt, garlic, mint and spiced butter. Desserts include Kazakh chak-chak with honey paste and sesame-based halva. All homemade. To come here is to come back here!
