A genuine and charming restaurant that didn’t wait for the trend to catch on to offer “bouillon plus.” The façade is authentic, the dishes are more ambitious—with a distinct modern flair that extends even to the prices—and well worth their chef’s hat: sea bass ceviche with coconut milk, cilantro, and lemon; creamy porcini mushroom soup with smoked duck breast; quinoa and butternut squash tagine; cod fillet with a variety of leek preparations; veal shank osso buco-style. Classic desserts; set menu for €39.
