A pleasant, well-located bouillon on the edge of the Place de la République, logically attracting a stream of passers-by, especially in summer with its large terrace. The menu is consensual and above all affordable, starting at €2.90, with a méli-mélo salad and crudités, leeks in vinaigrette, followed by a quenelle of pike, a bouchée à la reine, a cordon bleu of poultry, ham and Emmental cheese, and finally a floating island or rum baba.
