Gault&Millau's review 2026

A beautiful old building on a street corner, between Place de la Comédie and Old Bordeaux, a discreet, efficient bistro that goes beyond the local household repertoire in its cuisine: royal pea broth with foie gras, fresh goat's cheese dolma and mullet ceviche, filet of Dugléré pollack, pineapple meringue cream with strawberry baklava honey in a €43 formula and four courses in a warm space with tables a little close together.
