One of the oldest institutions of its kind, a bouchon with a long history that can be visited like a gourmet museum. Nevertheless, the toque is there, with all the expected classics: poulet au vinaigre, chicken liver cake, andouillette Bobosse with mustard sauce, salade lyonnaise and quenelles. We end the visit with snow eggs or praline tart. A glass of Beaujolais or Picon bière will keep you on the right track.
