Gourmet Restaurant In the historic town, a stone's throw from the port, Grégory Coutanceau has replaced his Entracte with another fine contemporary brasserie-style restaurant. At a reasonable price, he offers a fine cuisine of classic dishes executed with the utmost professionalism. The "œuf parfait en meurette" and its buckwheat-grilled mouillettes are executed with precision, as are the hake steak on a shellfish bisque and its potato gratin stuffed with onion confit. The wine list features some fine bottles, but a Vendée fiefdom will also go well with this seafood cuisine. Special mention goes to the team, who are eager to satisfy their customers in a warm and welcoming environment.
