Today's savoir-faire and seafood cuisine at this new example from Grégory Coutanceau. We confirm the toque acquired last year for this well-placed and welcoming bistro: horse mackerel carpaccio, fine black pudding tart Parra recipe, white asparagus and trout gravlax, squid persillade, chef's burger, veal kidneys in mustard sauce, risotto and vegetable tagliatelle... Contemporary desserts (pannacotta, brioche perdue, finger fraise...), a fairly extensive wine cellar and a good €31 menu with a few extras.
