Gourmet Restaurant Right next to the Saint-Sulpice station, in a small, gourmet street, this gourmet bar offers a most disorienting Japanese experience, with its Nipponese decor, open kitchen and central counter, giving you a front-row seat. The cuisine is a bit fusiony, with many standards: tempura, bluefin tuna tataki, maki, nigiri, sashimi and mochi. For lunch, you can choose from a wide range of dishes: bento, hot, chirashi, maki, spicy salmon, maki nigiri, nigiri or sashimi. Omakase menu at €39.
