Description

Black Pearl is a must for all gourmets and gourmands looking to treat themselves. This flexitarian crêperie offers inclusive dishes combining tradition and innovation around buckwheat, Pearl's favorite ingredient thanks to its Breton origins. Her signature recipes are lovingly crafted with a view to sublimating taste, protecting craftsmanship and offering quality dishes with mostly regional, fresh and organic ingredients. Here, nothing is made in advance and galettes are prepared on demand: a desire to preserve ancestral know-how with good products. Always balancing flavors and balance, Pearl is above all attentive to her customers, adapting to their desires as well as their dietary restrictions. But her creativity doesn't stop at nutrition: beyond the restaurant, Pearl has plans to develop a small boutique of self-made ceramics around decoration and kitchen utensils, which will be sold within the establishment.
