Gault&Millau's review 2026

Right next door to gastro big brother Maison Rostang, a well-run bistro under the label of Stéphane Manigold. The execution delivers what it promises, neither too much nor too little, in this well-adapted format: escargots with watercress emulsion and garlic cream, vol au vent with sweetbreads and poultry quenelle, profiteroles, tatin with citrus crème crue ice cream. A no-choice lunch menu at €34, a logical price for the location and the district.
