On the banks of the Odet, a charming 3-star hotel welcomes guests for the night or for dinner, for the pleasure of the rooms and the flavors of the sea. The very seaside location, not far from the mouth of the river, means that the chef's dishes are as much about form as content. Seafood, a plate of langoustine mayo, a poached egg, shellfish velouté and crunchy vegetables, roast monkfish with bacon pan-fried with shiitake mushrooms and brown jus, a lamb parmentier confit with eggplant, hearty jus and green salad. Classic desserts.
