Having gained particular fame in China following a television appearance, the restaurant has become a must-visit destination in the city, attracting many tourists ever since. Florence di Foggia offers a cuisine that is, for the most part, quite mainstream, blending French and regional classics into a reasonably varied seasonal menu. Must-try dishes include: snails in parsley butter, Scottish salmon trout fillet in Riesling sauce served over sauerkraut, sauerkraut with Edelzwicker, duck breast with fresh fries, and Bourbon vanilla crème brûlée.
