Made famous in China by a TV show, the restaurant is now one of the most sought-after, offering traditional and practical cuisine: escargots with parsley butter, fillet of Alsatian trout with Riesling, Alsatian sauerkraut, Mont Ventoux pork belly with sage and French fries, baba with aged rum.
