The superb setting of the Château de Cîteaux is the setting for good-quality bourgeois cuisine in an atmosphere of good taste: potato and mushroom snails, bottarga and trout roe tagliatelle, crispy asparagus and chartreuse sweetbreads, rhubarb and coriander pavlova... Expect to pay around €60 à la carte.
