It's not in Petite France that you'll find the most people, and especially restaurants that are a world away from the usual winstubs. Constant Meyer's bistro is a breath of fresh air, with modern, seasonal fare in a lofty, urban setting. Tucked away in a street not far from the old customs house, this address could just as easily be found in Paris or London, offering a carte blanche menu and a well-calibrated business menu, lettuce gazpacho, walnut chip cream, tomato confit condiment, trout fillet, Nice black olive emulsion, crunchy fennel and roasted figs, 12h confit pork belly, lemon confit jus, celery mousseline, celery stick salad, rice pudding, caramel, praline and caramelized peanuts. Carte blanche menu from €67 to €83.
