Gourmet Restaurant A bistro annex of the Villa Mirasol, Le 1912 offers elegant market cuisine, highlighting local produce in more familiar recipes. The place is just as refined, and for €40, you'll get poultry pressé with asparagus, tarragon gribiche, Geloux trout, spelt and spinach, orange and mushroom milk, spice-lacquered pork belly, grilled carrots and broccoli cream, first strawberries with herb pesto and yoghurt.
