A neighborhood bistro that sticks to tradition, with white tablecloths and attentive service. This justifies the prices for such a sophisticated dining experience. You’re sure to find something to your liking on the well-curated menu, which offers five options per course: line-caught sea bream ceviche with avocado, lemon, and hazelnuts; veal and langoustine tartare with wasabi mayo; double-cooked yellow-skinned chicken—low-temperature breast and Mediterranean-style confit thigh—chocolate lava cake with pepper and pecan ice cream… A good selection of wines by the glass, including the Silice Blanc des Ardoisières or the Chinon from Baudry.
