Chef's Restaurant Philippe Zemour, in this beautiful building in the upper town, raises his game even higher with a very successful menu, offering the widest possible choice of regional dishes, in two formats, at €85 and €95. To savor a high-flying sequence, brandade and fresh goat's cheese, Maltese turbot and Jerusalem artichoke, Ardèche trout and beurre blanc, cep and truffle egg, Sarrians pigeon and celery and nougatine and coriander pear, in a harmony of flavors and fragrances.
