No freezers here! Only finely selected products are served up on the plate, expertly prepared by the team made up of Julie, Hugo and their Chef, another Hugo with a brilliant gastronomic background. As charming as they are talented, this crack team offers 100% home cooking, with the ambition of sublimating the concept of beef, sauce, French fries or seasonal vegetables. Perfectly cooked, excellent meats in a variety of shapes and sometimes matured, gourmet accompaniments, sauces full of pep, the triptych is totally mastered. This little paradise for demanding meat eaters also offers starters and main courses for vegetarians, with just as much creativity. Their modified perfect egg, for example, is a delight. With its vintage decor, guinguette spirit, attractive wine list, small terrace and bay windows open in summer, nothing is left to chance here.
