Gourmet Restaurant Simple, contemporary cuisine in a sophisticated yet modest setting, which also reflects the overall service. We're not looking for culinary feats, but kindness and good will prevail, even if the prices aren't too steep: tatin of caramelized shallots with balsamic vinegar, pan-fried escalopine of foie gras with hazelnut oil jus, traditional beef tartare prepared by us and slightly spicy, served too cold with slightly limp fries, more accomplished fillet of sea bass, cherry tomatoes, taggiasche olives, fennel and green apple, French toast-style brioche, salted butter dairy caramel and vanilla ice cream. Classic Languedoc winery.
