Hervé and Sabine Dos Santos are at the helm of this jovial downtown address, appreciated for its consistency and simplicity. It's a pleasant market cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, with a small terrace under taut sails, and a contemporary bistro interior that's very lively in summer. The chef creates contemporary dishes, such as red tuna tataki and ratatouille, snacked scallops and Jerusalem artichoke velouté, maigre à la plancha and risotto with saffron, parmesan and emulsified bisque...
