Previously known as Vassol, this restaurant at the foot of the Ventoux has taken on the name Bigoté, to signify Fabien and Marine's change of direction. The couple have developed a new vision, offering updated market cuisine with good value for money. On the menu, a starter of duck, beet and granny-smith apple, peach of the day, endive and polenta, pork loin, citrus pavlova and pistachio ice cream. Menu €28.
