Gourmet Restaurant Florent Ladeyn's bistro is an ongoing success, and he knows that his name could fill the Zenith. So well placed, so welcoming, Bierbuik applies his mentor's principles to the letter, even if you'd expect this popular annex of Bloempot to have the air of a funny estaminet where you could indulge yourself by choosing But no, the hidden menu imposed at €28 for everyone, the seasonal market, with a strong emphasis on vegetables, pear, carrot and pork belly the other day. The room upstairs is full, as is the one downstairs, and the young man who manages the floor is simply perfect. The beers and wines of the moment are the perfect accompaniment.
