On the city's most gourmet square, with its famous market, this well-born bistro ticks all the modern boxes. An intelligent, ever-changing menu, lively young service and a team motivated to deliver the right message: pâté en croûte de cochon noisettes et cidre, cabillaud potimarron fumet crémet, ribs marinated in corn celery popcorn, tatin d'endives... Conviviality with dishes to share (Saint-Brieuc sausage, rib of beef...), caramel beurre salé rice pudding for dessert, and a small, well-appointed cellar.
