Gourmet Restaurant In this small town between Saumur and Angers, here's a new restaurant that deserves your attention. You'll discover market cuisine that's very much of its time, served in a pleasant setting of exposed stone, parquet flooring and contemporary decor. The chef takes great care with his produce: parsnips are served in a velvety sauce with hazelnuts, and oyster mushrooms escort a hearty loin of cochon de Bigorre. A pleasant dessert of blood orange with Timur on a fromage blanc with lime zest. A small winery with a strong regional identity.
